The Project

This 7th Street bungalow blends rustic mountain character with a soft, updated palette, starting with an antler-framed round mirror in the entry. In the kitchen, gray cabinetry, black countertops, and a gray subway tile backsplash pair with a brass faucet, while the living room keeps things light with a white sofa, wood floors, and built-in shelving through an archway.

The primary bedroom pairs a black metal bed frame with an olive quilt and buffalo check pillows under brass sconces, while a second bedroom layers rust and terracotta textiles with a teal ottoman. The bathrooms carry sage green and gray tones throughout, from a green-walled bath with white wainscoting to a half bath finished in gray beadboard with a mustard accent towel, tying the home’s earthy, layered palette together.
