The Project

This Collister mid-century bungalow renovation centers on a sleek kitchen of dark walnut flat-panel cabinetry, a white waterfall-edge quartz island, and a textured white tile backsplash, finished with brass fixtures and black globe pendants. The open living and dining space carries the same warm-dark-wood-and-white palette, with a mid-century credenza, boucle seating, and a black spiral staircase with wood treads connecting the levels.

The bathrooms are a standout, from a green hexagon tile shower wall with a black arched mirror and brass fixtures to a second bath with black round mirrors, black sconces, and a black quartz vanity top. In the primary suite, a charcoal upholstered bed with olive green bedding sits beneath brass sconces and a wood slat accent wall, while the living room’s built-in floating wood shelves and wood-and-white furnishings tie the home’s mid-century character together.
